On June 14th and 15th in Como, Italy, will take place the XII edition of the European Conference on Behavior-Based Safety & Performance Management. The new edition of the biggest event in Europe dedicated to the effective management of safety behavior, is organized as every year by the scientific association AARBA – Associate Chapter of ABA International, the world association of behavior analysts.

The 12th European Conference of Behavior-Based Safety brings to the attention the following theme: the dark side of the work, which will be discussed by the best known international speakers in the largest congress in Europe about the Behavior-Based Safety management at work .

How to get the desired behaviors from themselves and from their collaborators? How can we be good leaders and above all in an effective way? How to reorganize one's life and work environment to achieve professional goals? Are punishment and the sanction system effective? How can you manage a work group without constant supervision? How to transform work-related stress into eu-stress? How to save the lives of millions of workers? If I want to introduce a BBS process, what critical issues should I prepare to face and how do I overcome them?

The congress has asked its international speakers to answer these questions and we will find their answers in the 12th edition of the European Conference of Behavior-Based Safety. This event has already been awarded three times with a commemorative medal by the President of the Republic, for its high moral value and a great social impact.

The event is valid as an RSPP / ASPP update and ECM accredited.
