18th European Conference on Applied Behavior Analysis – EN
It is with great pleasure that the AARBA Team (the Italy Associate Chapter of ABA International) is glad to announce that in 2022, after two years of online editions, the Annual European Scientific Conference on Applied Behavior Analysis will finally be held in person. The XVIII European Conference on Applied Behavior Analysis will be taken place on the 8th and 9th of July, at the historic headquarters of the University of Milan in Via Festa del Perdono 7, Milan (MI).
The conference will be constructed by two different sessions, both of them focusing on the areas of application of Behavior Analysis:
Behavior-Based Safety and Performance Management
Autism and Learning Disabilities
Following the opening plenary, each session will include parallel symposiums, plenaries and roundtables that will be dedicated to topics of specific interest to the respective sectors. For both sessions there will also be the possibility to participate at pre and post congressional workshops.
We will have the honor to listen to some of the most important international experts in the various sessions and giving all the participants the opportunity to follow with the service of a simultaneous translation.
Training credits will be awarded to the various professional figures (doctors, psychologists, PPSM Managers, BCBAs, etc). More details will be provided shortly in the specific programs of the individual sessions.
Following the details of the single sessions and the the respective registration forms
The Annual European Congress of Behavior-Based Safety (B-BS) and Performance Management (PM) organized by the scientific association AARBA has arrived at its 16th edition. In the past, due to its national and international recognition for the divulgation of the science of behavior analysis, the association has been recognized, for five times, with a presidential medal by the Head of State (G. Napolitano and S. Mattarella) for “the high moral value and great social impact of the Event".
The aim of the Congress is to promote evidence-based strategies capable of generating measurable results in organizations in relation to safety, productivity, and quality.
As every year, the event will be attended by internationally renowned speakers who are the world’s leading experts in the field. We have the honor to confirm that for this year’s events, Timothy Ludwig (Professor at Appalachian State University and Author at Safety-Doc.com), Sigurdur Oli Sigurdsson (Associate Commissioner for the Behavior-Based Safety Accreditation Commission of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies) and Lori H. Diener-Ludwig (Chief Human Performance Engineer at Performance Ally) will be participating with a series of presentations.
The detailed programme and registration form will be available in good time on this page.
